How it Works

Your organization needs effective leaders who don’t just manage change, but also embrace and grow with it.
Our Leadership & Change Institute is comprised of critical thinkers and leading minds who are committed to developing and training emerging leaders across all industries. By reshaping your organizational thinking to identify potential blind spots, you can help your organization confront global challenges today and well into the future. We offer leadership training initiatives for organizations aimed at accelerating leadership learning, unbound by the classroom.
Custom Education Development
We can customize a leadership training program for your organization that your team can complete through our online classroom, in person, or a hybrid of both. Your team will learn values-based leadership principles that can help them approach the toughest challenges with character, integrity, and distinction.
Annual Leadership Summit
Join us in June 2020 for our annual Leadership Summit. Every day, Norwich University Graduate Students work with faculty to address organizations’ most pressing leadership challenges. We are excited to offer a think-tank experience to organizations through our half-day, campus-based or virtual Leadership Summit. Each participating organization will be assigned a hand-picked team of graduating master’s degree students and faculty who will review the leadership challenges and create a strategy for future organizational success.
Why should your organization participate?
You’ll get a dedicated, multidisciplinary team to examine and address your organization’s pain points and a comprehensive after-action report detailing the findings and next steps. This also comes with a free Norwich Pro online course for five employees as well as up to $4,000 in tuition waivers for any Norwich master’s degree program for five employees.
