My name is John Ruder and I am a graduate of the Online Nursing program at Norwich University. I chose to continue my education in nursing to build my knowledge base in executive leadership in order to effectively be a manager and a leader in a professional nursing setting. The track I chose was the Nursing Administration track. I chose this track because I needed more executive leadership knowledge base in order to be an effective leader, and also learn how to manage systems processes and quality improvement projects in the hospital setting.
