Yes, I believe that the Masters of Science in Leadership has absolutely helped give me that confidence to take that step, to step out from my current job that I'm in, and establish what I really want to be, my vision of being an independent leadership consultant in my career as I go forward. I believe that I had the capability of being a pretty decent leader. However, I was nervous and anxious about not having the skills that I needed, in order to get out. I believed that this education, and it did, actually gave me that confidence that I had the acumen to be able to step up and become that leader of leaders.
