Pretty much immediately after starting the program, I started feeling a lot more confident with my skill sets and began looking elsewhere for some new opportunities, and was able to find something and actually get it. I was kind of surprised by it a little bit at first, but the skill sets that I was learning not only gave me the confidence, but it was also the skills to actually be able to do the new job better. At first it was actually just little stuff, it was like being able to use Excel better, using things more efficiently to come up with new dashboards for presentations for the senior executives at my company. After a while, it started evolving into the bigger things. I was able to contribute more in meetings that were much bigger focused—new projects, new products and that kind of thing.
